Dublin's multi award winning plant based street food restaurant
Shopfront fitout design and construction, branding, photography, content production
Serving the best world-inspired street-style food, Veginity is run by Australian chef Mark Senn. Mark has been vegetarian for over 20 years and worked in the famous Mildred’s of Soho (London) and was Head Chef of Soul Mama (Melbourne). He ran the vegan video cooking website Veginity.com and self-published his first cook book “Losing My Veginity”.
The project involved working closely with Veginity across a number of areas including logo and menu design, shopfront and fit out design and construction, and video production and content creation. A short documentary is currently underway and takes a look at Mark and his team’s creative approach to food.
Vish.Shop is Dublin’s first all plant-based takeaway restaurant serving street-food style cuisine
Food photography, video content production, Cauliflower Wings quality control tester-in-chief
Created by Australian Chef Mark Senn and Ingrida Baceviciute, Vish.Shop was born out of the need for a change in the impact that food production has on the earth and to be an active part of that change. Their approach to food is straightforward: natural unprocessed ingredients and thoughtful preparation—simple food that tastes amazing!
The oceans are one of the most fragile eco-sytems on the planet and deserve to be protected. Vish.Shop offers an alternative to animal-based food products, that are innovative in their production, considerate to the environment, convenient to customers and satisfying and enjoyable.
Vish.Shop has collaborated with a number of brands including Vio-life cheese, Little Green Leaf, Jameson, Dingle Gin, Brew-tonic, and Little Rascals, to create fun, tasty and unique plant-based dishes with low environmental impact. Hits like their favourite Cauliflower Wings with BBQ whiskey sauce show that going vegan doesn’t mean you have to compromise on taste and flavour!
The Australian International Timber & Woodworking Festival 2018
Craft Media Australia
Design Director, Festival Production Manager
Wood Dust is the next generation Australian woodworking event; authentically new, independently organised, held October 2018 in the Australian woodworking heartland of Queanbeyan and Bungendore, Southern NSW.
Wood Dust included talks and masterclasses by leading Australian and international craftspeople, the Australian Wood Review Studio Furniture 2018 exhibition of fine woodworking at the Bungendore Woodworks Gallery, a tool marketplace featuring visiting tool makers from around the globe and good old country hospitality.
Appointed as the design director, the project included creation of original artwork, logo and branding, developing a custom e-Commerce website (including custom HTML, CSS and JS), online store management, content marketing strategy and execution of campaigns, social media management, video content production, and production management of key events and media team coordination at the festival.
Working across all disciplines and areas of the festival allowed for a consistent brand image and several efficiencies throughout the development phase.

Website design, branding, photography and curation
An aesthetically simple and straightforward, easy to use e-Commerce website was required for Lucy to promote and manage class and workshop bookings. The site was developed and hosted on Shopify’s own platform, perfectly fit for use and affordable. The exercise encompassed a holistic approach to her branding and marketing strategy.
Lucy's mandala logo was derived from the tattoo on her arm. A somewhat impulsive design; over the years I've learnt to make calculated judgements and sometimes the things that happen intuitively are the most exciting.
A large component of the project involved regular photo shoots and curation of the Instagram feed. Instagram is a highly aesthetic social medium: a simple interface and a brilliant platform for genuine engagement. Hence it found its place at the centre of the marketing strategy. Thoughtful curation and beautiful photos go a long way; creating a professional brand image and a lasting impression.
With Lucy’s practice based in Ireland Dublin, the photography’s aesthetic is often times quite raw. Whilst yoga photos amongst mountain tops and by the sea are incredibly seductive, we chose to represent yoga in everyday life - in the city, on a lunch break, after or before work.

Venturing out across Brisbane and inside some of the city's finest examples of architect designed homes and workplaces, visitors could navigate their way between stops to get a taste of some of Brisbane's hottest eateries, cafes and bars designed by local young practitioners in their seminal beginnings.
The Young Guns Design Map and the Brisbane Open House publication was distributed to numerous restaurants and businesses through Brisbane’s inner city.
Kodiak Empire Silent Bodies
Album cover design, artwork direction, typeset and layout for Brisbane progressive/jazz rockers Kodiak Empire's album Silent Bodies.
The album sleeve comprises original artwork from various artists. The challenge was to make each piece work with the tonal palette of the cover art “Horse With Inner Fire” by Jos A. Smith, yet offer a contrast in form whilst weaving a cohesive story that evokes the melancholy and urgency of the music.
White borders and a subtle serif font speak to the same sophistication and elegance found in Kodiak Empire's timbral and harmonic structures. Inside, the lyrics booklet reads more like a graphic than text; the melody and metre of Bryce Carleton's lines are echoed in the rhythm of the full justified text. Band merchandise, print and digital promotional material for Facebook, Instagram and various music industry websites completed the package, ready for the boy's east coast Australian tour.
Crow Do Not Loiter Here
Album cover design, original artwork, typeset and layout for the debut album by Brisbane progressive rock band Crow Do Not Loiter Here.
The album layout centres around three original artworks known as photographic composites, effectively ‘manufactured landscapes’. The various elements are stitched together to form dreamlike scenes that evoke the nature of the music; colourful, somewhat heavy instrumental progressive rock, awash with ambient soundscapes and cinematic noise.
Originally conceived as a studio project by guitarist/producer Nikolas, Crow Do Not Loiter Here independently released a debut album in 2013. Now with Cam Swales on bass and Bryan Macaranas on drums, the Brisbane three-piece bring an explosive live performance to the stage.

This lead to a complete restructuring and restyling of Carbatec’s social media channels as well as email campaigns. The role eventually lead to the creation and management of digital graphic design assets and social media marketing for Carbatec.
Photography and Instagram curation
Experience is contrived through the senses. Taking in a scene the eye dances around unconsciously, cataloguing the various parts that comprise the whole.
These somewhat abstracted landscape images aim to represent a place or moment through direct action on the senses through light, colour and texture rather than trying to capture a place in its totality.
Portrait orientation teases out the relationship between the fore, mid and background, emphasising the aesthetic quality of the natural environment and the affect that the very small has on the whole.
