Brisbane Studio

‘The Annex’ at 12 Creek Street is a medium-rise office tower designed by BVN Architecture. It integrates the natural environment with modern office spaces, featuring outdoor areas, cascading gardens, and a façade that promotes natural ventilation.

Emphasising connectivity with the surrounding heritage-listed fig trees, it creates a vibrant, sustainable workplace that blends seamlessly with its urban context. BVN’s studio is located across two naturally ventilated levels within The Annex, highlighting their commitment to environmentally conscious design.

We were tasked with producing a project showcase that felt honest and real. We not only documented the detail of the fitout but also the vibrancy and collaborative nature of the workplace, as well as the studio’s place within Brisbane city.
